Gestalt Group is a Louisiana holding company that is the majority owner of Gestalt Systems, LLC; Gestalt Controllers, LLC; and Conventus, LLC (see the operating agreements for GG, GS, GC, and Conventus). Gestalt occupies 6003 Financial Plaza near the regional airport in Shreveport, LA.

Gestalt Group provides virtual collaboration services (through GS), and for its clients within manufacturing, collaboration to the production environment and the machine tool (via GC). Conventus enhances these services with both visual and text-based technical information. The business case for virtual collaboration is based on the rising cost of human resources combined with the declining cost and increased effectiveness of telecommunications. Our first customer will be INVENSYS, the 20^th largest company in England formed by the recent merger of two global engineering conglomerates, BTR, plc and Siebe, plc.

Our strategic partners are General DataComm, Parametric Technology Corporation, and Sprint. Our current preferred vendors are RFSystems and Meridian Technologies.
